Job summary

Pathways to Life, Inc. in Greenville, NC is seeking a full-time Peer Support Services Supervisor to lead our Peer Support Services program in alignment with state guidelines and the recovery philosophy.

The role provides clinical oversight, administrative supervision of CPSS staff, and accountability for documentation, service quality, and community resource connections. In-person, Monday–Friday schedule with occasional evenings or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Must meet the requirements of a Qualified Professional (QP) per 10A NCAC 27G .0104(19).
• Must maintain a current, active NC Peer Support Specialist Certification (CPSS).
• Demonstrated training in quality supervisory skills.
• Deep understanding of the role, ethics, and philosophy of CPSS.
• Experience in behavioral health, recovery services, and staff supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Peer Support Services program in line with state guidelines.
• Provide monthly administrative and supportive supervision to CPSS staff.
• Foster growth of Peer Support Specialists within HR standards.
• Ensure compliance with ethics and recovery principles in CPSS.
• Monitor documentation quality through regular reviews and staff meetings.
• Evaluate staff performance and develop supervision plans.
• Coordinate client assessments and referrals as appropriate.
