We're looking for a Peer Support Professional to join our team and make a meaningful impact on individuals navigating their recovery journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide peer support services in one-on-one or group settings to empower individuals in their recovery.
  • Share personal experiences, offer mentorship, and teach practical skills for daily living and coping.
  • Assist individuals in accessing treatment, navigating systems of care, and connecting to vital community resources.
  • Document and communicate client participation to ensure quality and continuity of care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to promote whole-person wellness.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Lived Experience: Personal experience with mental health or substance use recovery, either directly or through a loved one.
  • Drug Test & Background Check: Must pass standard employment screenings, including MVR.
  • TB test within the past 12 months.
  • Valid Colorado driver's license (if driving is required for the role) with insurability.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to provide empathetic, nonjudgmental, and empowering support.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
