Job summary

New Narrative is seeking a Polaris Peer Supervisor in Beaverton, OR. You will lead the Polaris Transition Team, supervise staff, ensure quality services, and coordinate with county and health partners to support transitional housing and access to care.

You will model the organization’s values, maintain program documentation, and oversee data reporting for grants, while guiding staff in person-centered, harm-reduction approaches.

Qualifications

• QMHA and Traditional Health Worker certifications required.
• Minimum 1 year of direct support experience in mental wellness field.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
• Must maintain current driver’s license for driving to support participants.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Peer Services with person-centered, trauma-informed approach.
• Provide bi-weekly supervision and staff development.
• Maintain program budgets, data collection, and reporting for grants/contracts.
• Build relationships with county and community partners to support services.
• Ensure timely completion of required paperwork and data entry (24–72 hours).
• Attend interdisciplinary meetings and supervise Polaris Transition Team activities.
