Qualifications

• Lived experience with mental health and/or substance use disorders.
• Twelve months of sustained recovery.
• Peer Certification exam passed or eligible to sit within six months of hire.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with individuals to identify recovery needs and develop recovery plans.
• Assist in overseeing daily operations and supervising the house and residents.
• Provide concrete assistance for tasks like transportation, employment, and health care.
• Conduct group interventions during and after residence at the Peer Transitions House.
• Monitor progress and communicate with the treatment team.
• Complete documentation per agency and DMAS guidelines.
