Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with group facilitation and psychosocial assessments.
• Understand and apply ethics, confidentiality, and HIPAA CFR42 rules.
• Proven ability to work under supervision and in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct peer supports and psychoeducational group sessions.
• Complete biopsychosocial assessments and relapse prevention planning.
• Assist with discharge planning and referrals.
• Maintain documentation by end of each shift.
• Collaborate with departments to assess client progress.
