Responsibilities

• Work with peers to identify wellness and recovery goals and create a Wellness plan.
• Share recovery experiences and support peers on their path to recovery.
• Assist in documenting objectives on the Wellness plan for billing purposes.
• Attend and participate in required team, agency, and interdisciplinary meetings.
• Coordinate with team members to keep everyone informed of progress.
• Ensure timely completion of required paperwork.
• Support cultural sensitivity and recovery-oriented services.
• Document all peer contact at time of service.
• Educate and advocate for Recovery Model principles.
• Assist in developing and supporting new programming.
• Receive regular supervision and seek additional supervision when needed.
