Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and advocacy to peer staff to support their professional development and recovery-oriented practice.
  • Facilitate monthly peer groups via Zoom and in-person, supporting connection and supervision.
  • Teach skills for daily living: hygiene, budgeting, shopping, meals, housekeeping.
  • Monitor apartment maintenance and report issues to the program director.
  • Document services and client progress in a timely manner.
  • Escort and teach travel skills as needed; coordinate/group facilitation.
  • Assist in building self-advocacy skills to communicate with supports and treatment teams.
