Job summary

Pacific Clinics in California seeks a Peer Partner with lived experience to provide empathetic support, mentorship, and guidance to individuals facing similar challenges. You will share experiences to promote recovery, empowerment, and community connection.

You will build trusting relationships, help identify goals, connect to resources, and collaborate with clinicians while upholding confidentiality and professional boundaries.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Direct experience as a recipient of behavioral health services, recovery services, or systems involvement is required.

Compensation We Offer

• The initial compensation for this position ranges from $23 to $28.23 Per Hour, depending on experience, location and internal equity considerations

Possible Additional Compensation (may Vary Based On Position Eligibility)

• 8% License Differential for LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD. and select Peer Certifications
• Possible Bilingual Differentials: Up to 7.5% for qualifying direct-service roles; up to $80.00/month flat fee for qualifying non-direct service roles.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, or equivalent combination of education and experience (two years of relevant experience equals one year of education) to include: directly related experience as a recipient of behavioral health services, recovery services, or systems involvement (mental health, substance use, foster care, etc.) is required.

Level of Contract with Children

• May/will have unsupervised contact with children.
• Requires full background check and TB exam.
• Current First Aid/CPR Certification.

• May be called upon to drive on agency business. Needs acceptable MVR and appropriate insurance coverage.
