Job summary

Pacific Clinics seeks a Peer Support Specialist in Mountain View, CA, to provide mentorship and peer-based support for individuals facing challenges in their recovery journey. General Information

Compensation We Offer

• The initial compensation for this position ranges from $21.00 to $26.37 per hour
• Salary is dependent on commensurate experience above the minimum qualifications for the role and internal equity considerations.
• The salary may also vary if you reside in a different location than the location posted.
• 8% License Differential for LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD. and select Peer Certifications.
• 7.5% Bilingual Differential for qualified positions

• High School Diploma or GED required, or equivalent combination of education and experience (two years of relevant experience equals one year of education) to include:
• Directly related experience as a recipient of behavioral health services, recovery services, or systems involvement (mental health, substance use, foster care, etc.) is required.
• Completion of peer support training or certification (e.g., Peer Support Specialist or equivalent) or willingness to obtain.
