Pacific Clinics is seeking Peer Partners to provide supportive mentorship and guidance to individuals facing behavioral health challenges. You will share experiences to foster hope and connect clients with community resources and services.

The role emphasizes empathy, confidentiality, and collaboration with care teams to promote recovery and empowerment in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Direct experience as a recipient of behavioral health services, recovery services, or systems involvement is required.

Compensation We Offer

• The initial compensation for this position ranges from $28.48 - $35.02 per hour, depending on experience, location, and internal equity considerations

Possible Additional Compensation (may Vary Based On Position Eligibility)

• 8% License Differential for LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD. and select Peer Certifications
• Possible Bilingual Differentials: Up to 7.5% for qualifying direct service roles; up to $80.00/month flat fee for qualifying non-direct service roles.

Monday-Friday, split shifts, 8-6pm depending on families needs

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, or equivalent combination of education and experience (two years of relevant experience equals one year of education) to include: directly related experience as a recipient of behavioral health services, recovery services, or systems involvement (mental health, substance use, foster care, etc.) is required.

Level of Contract with Children
