Job summary

Qualifications

• Successful completion of 1 term and current enrollment.
• Maintain 6 credit hours per semester and a 3.0 GPA.
• Adhere to confidentiality policy and pass background/drug screening.
• Demonstrate content competency in subject area and complete SI Leadership training.
• Meet weekly with faculty and conduct 2–3 study sessions per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly, interactive small-group sessions to help students process course content.
• Integrate study skills and test-preparation strategies into sessions.
• Create an inclusive, peer-led learning environment and promote collaboration.
• Coordinate with Tutoring Coordinator to promote tutoring and support services.
