Job summary

Qualifications

• Enrolled as a student and have completed at least one term.
• Maintain 6 credit hours each semester.
• Maintain a 3.0 GPA.
• Pass background and drug screening as required by the College.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate 2–3 weekly study sessions (50 minutes each) to support understanding of course content.
• Lead collaborative review sessions and integrate study skills into content review.
• Foster an inclusive, low-stakes learning environment for peer discussion.
• Use active-learning facilitation techniques to promote peer-to-peer problem solving.
