A leading healthcare organization seeks a Part Time Peer Job Coach to support members dealing with mental health challenges. Responsibilities include training individuals in workplace settings, collaborating with placement managers, and providing ongoing support. The role requires prior experience and the ability to work flexibly across various job sites in Philadelphia.

Job Type: Part Time ; Non-exempt
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:30 am - 2:30 pm (flex time available as needed)
25 hours per week
Compensation: $17.50 to $18.00, depending on experience
The Part Time Transitional/Supported Employment Job Coach is responsible for training and supporting Open Door Clubhouse members working Transitional/Supported Employment Placements (TEP/SEP) for COMHAR, Inc. and throughout Philadelphia. The Job Coach is required to work at the multiple sites of COMHAR, Inc and Philadelphia where these members who experiencing mental health challenges are employed. The Job Coach will observe and inspect the work of the members working in these placements at the job site and will offer guidance and support as necessary. The Job Coach will then advise Clubhouse Placement Manager and Clubhouse Director of that member's strengths and any challenges that may need to be addressed in counseling and training the member.

The Job Coach will effectively carry out the following responsibilities in working with Clubhouse members (people experiencing the disabling effects of illness relating to mental health ).
