Alamo Colleges District is seeking a Peer Academic Coach for SAC in San Antonio. This part-time, temporary role involves delivering contextualized workshops and tutoring for students in high-risk courses, with evenings and varying hours to accommodate student needs.

Applicants must meet minimum education and enrollment requirements and be prepared to work 15 hours weekly on a schedule that may extend beyond standard hours. This position is hourly and not benefits-eligible.

Qualifications

• Completion of at least 15 college credit hours with a minimum 2.75 GPA.
• Must be enrolled in at least six credit hours at an institution of higher education, preferably one of the Alamo Colleges District’s colleges.
• Grade of “B” or better in the targeted or higher level course in the assigned subject.
• Must have two or more points from the education and/or experience tables below.
