Job summary

Corewell Health is seeking a part-time rehabilitation aide to support therapy teams at the Rockford site. You will perform basic rehab skills under supervision, communicate observations to therapists, and assist with clerical and maintenance duties to keep the unit operating smoothly.

This role requires a high school diploma, 6 months of related experience preferred, and CPR/BLS certification. A valid Michigan driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months of relevant experience preferred.
• Competency-based and on-the-job orientation program completion required.
• CPR/BLS certification required (AHA or ARC).
• Valid Michigan driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a team member in the delivery of quality rehabilitation services under supervision.
• Performs basic rehabilitation skills per department guidelines and communicates observations to the health care team.
• Performs clerical, maintenance and cleaning duties related to the operation of the department.
• Provides support for unit-based operations under the direct supervision of the Therapy Manager/Supervisor/Team Lead.
