Corewell Health's Grand Haven Care Center is hiring a Medical Assistant to support the clinical team and deliver quality patient care. This full-time role features day shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, 36 hours weekly, at the Grand Haven site.

A $3,000 sign-on bonus is available for external applicants or current CHW MA Apprentice students. Comprehensive benefits, on-demand pay, and other employee perks accompany this position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Successful completion of accredited Medical Assistant training program with hands-on, in-person clinical skills OR at least 1 year of direct patient care in MA/LPN/Paramedic/EMT roles.
• 1 year of relevant experience in a physician practice or healthcare setting preferred.
• AHA or ARC BLS Certification required within 90 days.
• One of CMA, RMA, CCMA, NCMA, NRCMA certifications required within 120 days.
