Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Experience: 1 year patient care in an acute care setting or equivalent.
• Licensure: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care under RN supervision.
• Maintains patient safety and infection control standards.
• Takes vital signs, collects specimens, and assists with ADLs.
• Performs unit clerk duties: receptionist tasks and scheduling.
• Maintains supply levels and reports unit needs.
• Handles admissions, discharges, transfers, and records.
