Quantum Medical Supply is seeking a dedicated Pedorthist to provide in-home fitting services for patients needing therapeutic footwear and related products. You will coordinate schedules, travel to patient homes, take precise measurements, and educate patients to ensure proper product selection and fit.

Ideal candidates are CPed-certified, possess strong communication and organizational skills, and can manage a patient itinerary while using electronic systems for documentation and care

Competenze

• Certified Pedorthist (C.Ped.) or other qualifications appropriate to the services performed.
• Strong communication, organizational, and patient service skills.
• Ability to independently coordinate appointments and manage a patient schedule.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within an assigned service area.
• Experience with diabetic footwear, therapeutic shoes, and custom or prefabricated inserts preferred.
• Ability to use electronic systems for documentation and communication.

Quantum Medical Supply is seeking a dedicated, patient-focused Pedorthist to provide personalized, in-home fitting services for patients requiring therapeutic footwear and related products.

This role involves coordinating directly with patients, scheduling appointments, performing accurate measurements, and providing education to ensure proper product selection, fit, comfort, and patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Scheduling: Contact assigned patients to coordinate and schedule convenient in-home fitting appointments.
• In-Home Patient Visits: Travel to patients' residences to provide professional, courteous, and personalized fitting services.
• Patient Assessment & Measurements: Evaluate footwear needs, obtain accurate foot measurements, and assist patients in selecting appropriate therapeutic footwear and inserts.
• Patient Education: Educate patients on proper footwear selection, fit, usage, foot care, and the importance of therapeutic footwear in maintaining foot health.
• Documentation: Accurately complete and submit patient measurements, product selections, fitting documentation, and other required records in a timely manner.
• Patient Communication: Maintain professional communication with patients and Quantum Medical Supply's support team to ensure a smooth experience from initial scheduling through order fulfillment.
• Quality Patient Care: Deliver compassionate, reliable service while maintaining patient privacy and following applicable healthcare standards.
