Cobb is seeking hardworking individuals for daily poultry care and egg production in Spavinaw, OK. Expect a rotating 4 days on/4 days off schedule with shifts from early morning. A comprehensive benefits package starts on day 1 of full-time hire, including health, dental, vision, disability, and 401K options.

Starting pay is $18.00 per hour plus shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends. Candidates should have at least 6 months' consecutive work history and reside in the United

Qualifications

• Must have at least 6 months of consecutive work history with one employer and no gaps over 6 months in past 36 months.
• Rehire rule: no more than 3 times worked at Cobb/Tyson Foods.
• Applicants must reside in the United States to be considered for an interview.

Responsibilities

• Feeds, waters and weighs birds according to standards.
• Collects eggs from nests and records egg counts.
• Monitors floor and nest eggs and trains hens to use nests.
• Inspects poultry for diseases and removes weak, ill or dead birds as needed.
• Maintains sanitation in breakrooms and work areas.
