Tyson Foods is hiring for Cobb Three Springs Poultry Farm as a farm worker in Oklahoma. The role runs Monday to Friday with holidays, 6:00 am to 2:00 pm, with shift changes based on production needs.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 12 months of consecutive work history with one employer and no gaps in employment greater than 6 months in the past 36 months.
• If laid off or providing child or elder care, the employment gap will be increased to 18 months.
• Rehire criteria is a minimum waiting period of 180 days.
• Applicants must reside in the United States to be considered for an interview.
• Priority consideration will be provided to internal applicants first.

Responsibilities

• Remove used litter from houses.
• Clean & disinfect poultry houses & all equipment using a commercial pressure washer on wet/slick floors.
• Place new shavings in houses after cleaning (70%).
• Move birds to appropriate houses and ensure wing bands are removed for load outs.
• Maintains tractors, pressure washers, litter truck, trailers, & mechanical equipment and perform weekly safety checks.
• Properly euthanize selected or weak/ill birds in accordance with company policy.
• Other duties, responsibilities, & activities may change at any time.
