Reliant Medical Group, part of the Optum family, seeks a Site Chief of Pediatrics in Worcester, MA to lead clinical care and the pediatric program. You will operate within a physician-led, team-based model emphasizing value-based care and integrated behavioral health within primary care.

Qualificações

• BC/BE in Pediatrics or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics required.
• Unlimited Licensure in Massachusetts required.
• Active DEA License required.
• 5+ years of clinical and direct supervisor/management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Clinical time is 90% with 10% administrative duties.
• Collaborate with senior physician leaders to improve patient experience, clinical quality and provider well-being.
• Work in a physician-led, patient-centered, team-based environment.
• Provide care across the continuum with a focus on value-based care.
• Behavioral health providers are integrated into primary care teams.
• Flexible scheduling options and access to state-of-the-art EMR system.
