Job summary

The registered nurse renders highly professional and technical nursing care to assigned patients at Newton-Wellesley Hospital, part of Mass General Brigham. This 8 hour evening position is paired Saturday and Sunday, every other weekend, and every other holiday.

Responsibilities include direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process, supervising team members, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure compliance with standards of care and patient-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2 years Critical Care/GI experience required
• ACLS required within first year of employment
• CCRN certification preferred
• BSN is required upon employment for ARTC track
• Minimum 1 year working in reproductive endocrinology practice is required

Responsibilities

• Provide high level nursing care to assigned patients using the nursing process.
• Oversee other assigned team members and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Ensure patient care is in accordance with regulatory standards and hospital policies.
