The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in project or program management, preferably in health administration, and offers strong communication and analytical skills to drive program success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and three years of relevant experience or equivalent combination.
• Master's degree in Health Administration, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Three years' experience in project management, program management development, administration or supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manages and oversees planning, implementation, coordination and evaluation of major projects.
• Manages and/or implements all operational policies and procedures related to the program.
• Prepares periodic analyses and reports reflecting progress and trends of on-going projects/programs.
• Tracks, evaluates, and interprets collected financial data; prepares progress reports and quality control monitoring.
• Assists in the administration of the departmental budget and verifies deduction authorizations.
• Provides guidance and designs forms, newsletters, and tools to ensure project success.
• Serves as the program liaison, spokesperson and representative.
• Arranges and facilitates team meetings and promotes a cooperative work environment.
