Nationwide Children's Hospital seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead medium to large healthcare initiatives within Partners For Kids. You will drive projects from initiation through closure, coordinating with leaders, clinicians, and administrative staff to meet timelines and budgets.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of healthcare project support, PMP/CAPM is a plus, and strong facilitation, communication, and data analysis skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business administration, healthcare, management, engineering, or related field.
• PM certification preferred (PMP or CAPM).
• Experience leading medium/large healthcare projects and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead medium/large projects through all phases, defining scope, timelines, budgets, and quality.
• Provide core project deliverables and resource management.
• Maintain project plans with leaders and stakeholders; ensure documentation.
• Define project goals aligned with strategic plan; establish success criteria.
• Plan meeting agendas and record conclusions; track drivers and data plans.
• Ensure teams have data, SMEs, and resources to execute plans.
• Collaborate with community partners and stakeholders for opportunities.
