Job summary

Atlantic Health System is seeking a full‑time Manager, Practice Operations for AMG Pediatrics & Adolescent Medicine in Summit, Florham Park, and Morristown. You will oversee daily operations of three clinicians and a staff of seven, coordinating with physicians and leadership to improve quality, efficiency, and patient experience.

Responsibilities include budget development, credentialing, regulatory compliance, staff development, and process improvement across sites to maximize reimbursement

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum five years physician practice management experience in large specialty office.
• 5+ years' management experience in healthcare pediatrics.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and policies.
• Oversee daily operations across sites and collaborate with peers.
• Manage staff to adherence to policies and drive process improvement.
• Assist in budget development and monitor financial goals.
• Develop action plans to address budget variances and performance issues.
• Facilitate communications among physicians, staff and administration.
