- Perform History and Physical exams, diagnose, treat and provide consultation to patients from birth to young adulthood (21 yrs of age) with acute and chronic disease including major complicated illnesses.
- I & D abscess, repair of lacerations circumcision in newborn, partial/complete nail removal
- Local anesthesia, nerve block
- Neonatal care (normal), intubation, thoracentesis (aspiration only), lumbar puncture, arterial puncture, EKG interpretation, management of patient on ventilator, joint aspiration.
• Duties:
- C onduct thorough examinations and assessments of pediatric patients
- D evelop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
- P rovide guidance and support to parents/caregivers on child development, nutrition, and overall wellness.
- C ollaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
- E ducate patients and their families on preventive healthcare measures and wellness practices.
- M aintain accurate medical records and keep up-to-date with best practices in pediatric medicine.
