Job Summary: The Internal Medicine-Pediatrics Residency at Geisinger invites applications for a board-eligible or board-certified Internal Medicine-Pediatric Physician to join the Milton Clinic as the Ambulatory Site Director.

Job Duties: Milton is a borough in Northumberland County, located 50 miles north of Harrisburg and 20 minutes from Geisinger Medical Center. The clinic serves twenty residents, with weekly continuity clinics for Milton patients and additional ambulatory rotations. The role includes core faculty support (up to 0.15 FTE) for curriculum development, faculty training, quality metrics review, quality improvement projects, and resident mentorship, with an academic appointment at Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine.

Work Environment:

• Outpatient clinic schedule with variable work hours

Physician Support:

• Competitive salary: $320k - $375k, based on experience
• Up to $250k in recruitment incentives
