Job description

Position: BE/BC Pediatrician (Full-Time)

Client is seeking a Board Eligible / Board Certified Pediatrician for a full-time position.

Practice Location

Located 2 hours from Baton Rouge and 3 hours from New Orleans. The community has an international airport.

Practice Details

This is a solo, female physician-owned practice established for about 10 years. The current physician sees approximately 60 patients per day, including wellness checks and sick visits, which explains the need for additional staff.

The practice may also be hiring an NP; the office is fully staffed with RNs and MAs.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range will be competitive; the employer prefers not to negotiate and encourages you to name your salary. A benefits package is also provided.

Work Schedule

• Monday-Thursday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (lunch 11:30 am - 12:30 pm)
• Friday: 7:30 am - 12:00 pm, with a 30-minute lunch, allowing staff to leave by 2:00 pm.

Additional Details

No inpatient responsibilities. The practice owner and her husband, the practice manager, are known for their great personalities.
