Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Phlebotomist II in Gallatin, TN to join a Medical Research team. The position focuses on patient-facing blood collection, sample preparation, and adherence to clinical protocols.

The candidate should have 3 years of phlebotomy experience, at least 2 years in a Patient Service Center, and strong data-entry skills, with pediatrics experience strongly preferred. High school diploma required and phlebotomy certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred.
• 3 years of phlebotomy experience needed.
• Minimum 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred.
• Customer service in a retail or service environment preferred.
• Keyboard/data entry experience a must.
• Candidates Must Have Extensive Experience In Pediatrics.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company to patients and provide a welcoming, professional atmosphere.
• Draw quality blood samples and prepare specimens for lab testing.
• Explain procedures to patients and perform phlebotomy safely and accurately.
• Demonstrate leadership and maintain confidentiality and accuracy of patient information.
• Perform daily activities under supervision, maintain a safe environment, and keep records up to date.
