Talentify is seeking a Phlebotomist II at our Cleveland, TN location to draw quality blood samples and prepare specimens for lab testing.

The role involves direct patient contact, explaining procedures, and maintaining a professional environment. Requires 3 years of phlebotomy and HS diploma; phlebotomy certification preferred. Retail/service customer service experience and data entry skills are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Phlebotomy experience of 3 years is required.
• Phlebotomy certification is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in a Patient Service Center environment preferred.
• Customer service in a retail or service environment preferred.
• Keyboard/data entry experience is a must.

Responsabilités

• Draw quality blood samples from patients and prepare specimens for lab testing.
• Represent the company to patients and build trust and confidence during procedures.
• Explain procedures to patients and perform phlebotomy in a safe, accurate manner.
• Demonstrate leadership behaviors while focusing on process excellence and confidentiality.
• Maintain records and documentation and support area supervisor with daily tasks.
