South College Dallas Learning Site in Farmers Branch, TX is seeking a full-time nursing faculty member to teach pediatrics and support the School of Nursing. A Master's degree in nursing is required; a Doctorate is preferred, and a BSN may be considered for LPN programming given substantial clinical background or teaching experience.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain professional standards of practice in teaching in classroom, laboratory, and clinical settings.
• Meet College standards for syllabi, classroom management, and records.
• Participate in meetings, projects, recruiting, and committee work.
• Prepare and implement teaching and evaluation strategies for student engagement.
• Mentor, tutor, and advise students to support their success.
• Maintain currency in nursing knowledge through continuing education.
