Advocate Health is seeking a Medical Assistant (MA) in Cartersville, GA to support pediatrics with rooming patients, vital signs, and EMR documentation. The role includes administering medications, assisting with procedures, and ensuring reports are ready for the provider.

Hours are 40 per week (Mondays–Fridays, 8am–5pm). A MA certificate is required within 6 months of hire, and the organization offers a comprehensive total rewards program and ongoing career development.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Completion of a medical assisting diploma from an accredited program.
• Must obtain MA certification within 6 months of hire (CMA, NCMA, RMA, CCMA, CMAC).

• Document information in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
• Administer medications and assist with procedures and treatments.
• Provide patient education and verify lab/x-ray/procedure reports for the provider.
