Job summary

Endeavor Health in Skokie, IL is seeking a Medical Assistant (Pediatrics) for full-time hours. The role includes greeting patients, documenting vitals and medical history, and basic front-office support. Some phlebotomy or injections may be required depending on the shift and department needs.

Education required is a high school diploma or equivalent; CPR certification is required, MA certification preferred but not mandatory. Travel to other sites may be necessary.

Qualifications

• CPR certification through the American Heart Association is required.
• One year of medical office experience is preferred; on-the-job training is provided for those without prior MA training.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and escort to exam room.
• Document vital signs, allergies, medications and reason for visit.
• Provide front office support as needed.
• Perform basic vitals (BP, height, weight).
• Phlebotomy and injections may be required.
