Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; MA program preferred but not required.
• CPR certification through American Heart Association required; MA certification (AMT/AAMA) preferred but not required.
• One year of work experience in a medical office or related field preferred; on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and escort them to exam rooms.
• Document vital signs, allergies, medications and reason for visit.
• Provide front office support as needed.
• Perform basic vitals such as BP, height, and weight.
• Phlebotomy and injections may be required.
