Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient flow of patients and optimize appointment availability.
• Greet and escort patients to exam rooms per policy.
• Prepare patients for examination and record vital signs.
• Assist clinicians with routine procedures and pre-visit testing.
• Update EMR with medical information and demographics.
• Inform patients about visit status and delays.
• Reconcile medications and manage refills.
• Address patient concerns and minor complaints.
• Perform waived point-of-care tests (eg strep, urine, hCG, glucose).
