Trinity Health IHA Medical Group in Michigan seeks a compassionate part-time Medical Assistant to support providers in delivering patient-centered care. You will greet patients, collect histories, assist with exams, testing, and specimen collection, and coordinate care across the team.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and completed MA training or equivalents (externship/internship, EMT/Paramedic options, or athletic trainer certification).

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Completed MA program and externship/internship or equivalent.
• Current CPR certification and Michigan licensure/eligibility.
• 0–1 year clinical experience; 2+ years if no MA program.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome and prepare patients for appointments and collect histories.
• Assist providers with exams, testing, and specimen collection.
• Administer medications and perform diagnostic testing as directed.
• Communicate test results and instructions; educate patients and families.
• Coordinate care and support care planning and quality initiatives.
