You will serve as a clinical resource, optimize workflows, promote policy compliance, and collaborate with physicians and clinic leadership to improve access and patient experience while maintaining a safe clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership and supervision experience in ambulatory care settings.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Knowledge of LVN scope and patient care procedures.

• Supervise clinical support staff in daily ambulatory operations.
• Coordinate staffing and patient flow to maximize efficiency and satisfaction.
