Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• BLS certification through AHA or ARC, or obtain during hire.
• Nursing students: BLS required prior to hire.
• One year of patient care experience (full-time).
• Nursing student with clinical rotation acceptable.
• Military medical experience considered.
• Additional education or training may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide or assist with patient care under the supervision of an RN, including vital signs and basic care.
• Report abnormal findings or changes to an RN.
• Keep patient rooms clean and orderly.
