Job summary

Revere Health in Utah is seeking a certified medical assistant to work with pediatric patients and family medicine. You will support providers, verify patient information, prepare patients for examinations, and help with office procedures while maintaining patient confidentiality.

Ideal candidates have CMA certification and CPR, strong medical terminology knowledge, and excellent customer service. This full-time role includes regular hours on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 8:30am–5:30pm with PRN

Qualifications

Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant Program.
CPR certification (or completed within 4 months of hiring).
Working knowledge of medical terminology.
Ability to bend, reach, lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Facilitates quality patient care under the supervision of the provider.
Verifies patient information by interviewing patients and recording medical history.
Prepares patients for examination by performing preliminary physical tests.
Maintains patient records and confidentiality; performs coding as directed.
Assists with office procedures and injections as requested.
Triages phone messages and responds promptly as directed.
Communicates test results and lab information to patients.
Schedules referrals and follow-ups; processes prescriptions per provider instructions.
