Job summary

Revere Health in Provo, UT seeks a dedicated Medical Assistant/Certified Nurse Assistant to join our patient care team. You will help prepare patients for exams, support physicians, and assist with scheduling tests in a fast-paced clinic.

The role requires completion of an accredited MA program (or CNA with relevant clinical skills), CPR certification, and up to 50 lb lifting. Bilingual abilities are a plus in serving our diverse patient population.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program or school.
• Experienced Certified Nurse Assistant with skills described above.
• 2–3 years of experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification or obtain within 4 months of hire.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology.
• Ability to bend, reach, lift up to 10 lb regularly and up to 50 lb occasionally.
• Ability to stand and sit for prolonged periods.
• Spanish-speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides courteous, friendly service to patients and supports a positive team environment.
• Facilitates patient care under physician supervision and prepares patients for examination.
• Prepares exam rooms with necessary equipment and supplies.
• Assists with scheduling tests and treatments and maintains patient records.
• Demonstrates strong communication and handling of stressful situations.
• Works as a team player contributing to delivery of excellent patient care.
• Operates with infection control practices and uses clinical equipment as needed.
