Job summary

The Holtz lab at Washington University School of Medicine seeks a Clinical Research Coordinator II to manage a complex MOM study in pediatrics gastroenterology. You will recruit and consent participants, coordinate in-hospital and home visits, ensure protocol compliance, and support data entry and analyses with REDCap and EPIC.

Strong organization and communication skills are essential, with some weekend/evening availability and transportation to study sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education.
• Basic Life Support certification must be obtained within one month of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the development of study forms, questionnaires and data collection procedures.
• Ensure compliance with protocol, IRB/IACUC requirements, and regulatory agencies.
• Recruit and enroll study participants, obtain informed consent, and conduct visits in hospital and home settings.
• Enter data, assist with lab procedures and analyses, and liaise with study staff and sponsors.
