Job summary

Washington University is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator III for pediatrics gastroenterology. The role oversees a complex MOM observational study, coordinating visits, data capture, and regulatory compliance while collaborating with investigators and healthcare teams.

The ideal candidate will have a BS degree, 3+ years in clinical research, and BLS certification. Travel to study sites and homes may be required; proficiency with REDCap, EPIC, and Excel is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Clinical Research experience (3 years) as specified in the job posting.
• BLS certification must be obtained within one month of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison to the PI to develop research plans and interpret results.
• Prepare study forms, questionnaires, and manuals for data collection and study progress.
• Manage protocol development, amendments, and regulatory compliance with IRB/IACUC requirements.
• Provide guidance to staff, train new personnel, and serve as a reference for coordinators.
• Evaluate collected data, prepare presentations or reports, and discuss progress with the PI.
• Perform other duties incidental to the role as needed.
