Job summary

Washington University in St. Louis is seeking a Research Coordinator to support a complex observational MOM study in Saint Louis, MO. You will coordinate visits, obtain informed consent, and assist with data entry and analyses in a hospital and home settings.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of clinical research experience, with familiarity in REDCap, EPIC, and Excel. Some evenings and weekends may be required; transportation is needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Clinical Research experience of 2 years.
• Basic Life Support certification must be obtained within one month of hire.
• Experience with REDCap, Excel, and EPIC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the development of forms and data collection procedures.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with IRB and IACUC; maintain records.
• Recruit and enroll participants; obtain informed consent; conduct study visits.
• Enter data, assist with lab procedures, and perform data analyses.
• Collaborate with clinicians and staff to promote smooth study operations.
