Job summary

GENESEE HEALTH SYSTEM seeks a Speech Therapist in Flint, MI. The role requires a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and MI licensure. Evening/weekend availability and a valid MI driver’s license are required.

Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder and pediatric populations is preferred; the role includes supervising assigned cases as needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and Michigan licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder and pediatric populations preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and irregular hours; valid MI driver’s license and vehicle.
• Must possess the ability to perform the duties as described in the Michigan Medicaid Manual.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional duties including therapeutic assessments, treatment plan development, therapy implementation, and data evaluation to measure progress.
• Act as supervising discipline for assigned cases and perform related work as required.
• Adjust treatment plans based on progress and goals and coordinate with multidisciplinary team.
