• Active Michigan SLP license or eligibility for licensure.
• Experience with pediatric speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Strong assessment and treatment-planning skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation habits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language assessments/evaluations
• Diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct therapy sessions
• Monitor patient progress and update treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, doctors, and other providers
• Educate families on strategies to support communication at home
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
