Job summary

GoHealth Urgent Care seeks Full-Time Pediatricians with urgent care or emergency medicine experience to join our Pediatric Urgent Care centers in the New York metro area. Board-certified pediatrics and licensure in NY & CT are required.

You must travel to all three centers (Elwood, Hewlett, Lake Success) with shifts from 10am to 10pm and staffing expectations of 12 shifts per 4-week block. Competitive hourly pay and strong support from a large urgent care network are offered.

Qualifications

• Board-certified pediatricians with urgent care or ER experience.
• 1–2 years in urgent care or emergency room settings.
• Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, splints) and reading EKGs/X-rays.
• Complete Northwell GoHealth Training and Competency within 90 days of hire.
• Dual licensure in NY & CT required.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric urgent care at GoHealth Urgent Care centers.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.
• Participate in rotating shifts and travel to all three centers as needed.

Pay Rate: $125- $150/hr. (specialty training & experience-based range)

We have exciting opportunities for Pediatricians with urgent care and/or emergency medicine experience to work in our Pediatric Urgent Care centers on a Full-time basis.

• Pediatricians must be able to travel to ALL 3 PEDS centers.
• Locations include - Elwood, Hewlett, and Lake Success
• Shift: 10am-10pm. Must be able to work 12 shifts per 4-week block.

Minimum Required Qualifications

• Board Certified in Pediatrics
• 1-2 yrs. of experience in either an urgent care or emergency room setting
• Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), reading EKGs and X-rays.
• Complete Northwell GoHealth Training and Competency on how to perform Plain films within 90 days of hire
• Dual Licensure in NY & CT REQUIRED
