Job summary

GoHealth Urgent Care in Mineola, NY is seeking full-time Physicians (M.D./D.O.) to join our welcoming and diverse Northwell-affiliated network. You will work 16-hour shifts in a center open 8:00 am–midnight, with pay at $135–$160 per hour and a $15,000 sign-on bonus.

Expect to provide care for adults and children, perform minor procedures, and coordinate with on-site Rad Techs, medical assistants and scribes. Northwell partnership supports a modern EMR and imaging services.

Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility in FM/EM/Urgent Care.
• 1+ year experience in urgent care or ER treating all ages.
• Comfortable with minor procedures and imaging interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Provide urgent care for adult and pediatric patients.
• Perform minor procedures (suturing, splints, etc.).
• Order, review and interpret tests (EKG, X-ray).
• Collaborate with centre staff and supporting teams to ensure quality care.

The Provider will be required to work 16-hour shifts. Center Hours: Mon - Sun 8:00 am - Midnight

Minimum Required Qualifications

• Physicians: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Urgent Care
• 1 or more years of experience in either an urgent care or emergency room setting treating all ages (6 months and older)
• Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, splints, etc.), reading EKGs and X-rays.
