Food Management Search, Inc. is seeking a bilingual Pediatrician (MD/DO) for an on-site, full-time role in California. The schedule is standard clinic hours with no after-hours call, offering a balanced work-life arrangement.

You will provide well-child checks, immunizations, and acute care while communicating fluently with Spanish-speaking families, collaborating with a supportive team, and using EHR for documentation. California licensure or eligibility is required.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited US medical school or international equivalent (MD or DO).
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Active, unrestricted California medical license (or eligible for immediate state licensure).
• Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to serving diverse populations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive pediatric primary care, well-child checkups, immunizations, and acute illness management
• Deliver culturally competent care and communicate fluently with Spanish-speaking patients and families
• Conduct clinical visits during standard clinic hours without after-hours, weekend, or holiday call duties
• Collaborate with medical assistants, care coordinators, and staff to streamline clinic workflows
• Utilize electronic health records (EHR) for accurate, timely clinical documentation
• Educate parents and guardians on child development, nutrition, and preventative health strategies
