Your Talent Team is seeking a Pediatrician (MD/DO) for an outpatient, on-site role in Hawthorne, CA. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with zero on-call, and a competitive base salary plus benefits.

Ideal candidates are bilingual in Spanish and English and possess a CA medical license. You will provide primary care, well-child visits, immunizations, and acute illness management, collaborating with a supportive team.

Formación

• Graduate of US medical school or international equivalent (MD or DO).
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Active, unrestricted California medical license (or eligible).
• Strong interpersonal skills with commitment to diverse populations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide comprehensive pediatric primary care, well-child checkups, immunizations, and acute illness management.
• Deliver culturally competent care and communicate fluently with Spanish-speaking patients and families.
• Conduct clinical visits during standard clinic hours without after-hours, weekend, or holiday call duties.

• Utilize EHR for accurate, timely clinical documentation.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited US medical school or international equivalent (MD or DO).
• Board Credentials: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
• Language Skills: Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Licensure: Active, unrestricted California medical license (or eligible for immediate state licensure).
