Talent Solutions Partners is seeking a Pediatrician (MD/DO) for an on-site, full-time outpatient role in California. The ideal candidate is bilingual (Spanish/English) and will provide comprehensive pediatric primary care during standard clinic hours with no after-hours call.

You will join a supportive team, perform well-child visits, immunizations, and collaborate with staff to deliver high-quality, culturally competent care to a diverse pediatric population while maintaining thorough EHR

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited US medical school or international equivalent.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
• Active California medical license or eligible for immediate state licensure.

• Deliver culturally competent care and communicate fluently with Spanish-speaking patients and families.
• No after-hours, weekend, or holiday call duties; adhere to standard clinic hours.

Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (No After-Hours Call)

Compensation: Competitive Base Salary (Commensurate with experience) + Benefits Package

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct clinical visits during standard clinic hours without after-hours, weekend, or holiday call duties
• Collaborate with dedicated medical assistants, care coordinators, and staff to streamline clinic workflows
• Utilize electronic health records (EHR) for accurate, timely clinical documentation
• Educate parents and guardians on child development, nutrition, and preventative health strategies

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited US medical school or international equivalent (MD or DO).
• Board Credentials: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
• Language Skills: Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Licensure: Active, unrestricted California medical license (or eligible for immediate state licensure).
• Clinical Approach: Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to serving diverse, community-based patient populations.
